To begin, you will need to provide the total width and height measurements of the screen you require. The metal frame will be custom-cut to your specifications, but it will be 1-1/2" shorter than the measurements you provide to account for the width of the corners.
Once you have selected your preferred frame color and any desired customizations, you can then proceed to assemble the frames. After that, you will need to install the hardware and the screen material.
It's important to note that all the screen frames are made of standard 5/16" x 3/4" aluminum and come with external color-matched corners, as well as the hardware of your choice.
These screens are custom-cut to your sizes, with a tolerance of plus or minus 1/16". Therefore, it's crucial that you double-check your measurements carefully. The easiest way to measure would be to use an existing or old screen of the same size as a reference.
Please keep in mind that assembly is required, but you won't have to cut the metal yourself. The window screen kit will be custom-cut to your specifications, ensuring a perfect fit for your needs.
